Sonali Bendre reflects on fighting cancer, says didn’t let the C word define my life

Sonali is an actress who braved cancer in 2018 and often inspires many people with her positive attitude and strength. On Cancer Survivors Day (June 6), Sonali took to Instagram to share a note on her battle against cancer and encouraged those fighting the deadly disease to not let it define them. She also shared before-and-after picture of herself from her cancer recovery. Sonali Bendre shared a throwback picture from the hospital where she was getting treatment for cancer. She posted it with a beautiful photo of herself after defeating cancer. Sonali wrote, “How time flies... today when I look back, I see strength, I see weakness but most importantly I see the will to not let the C word define how my life will be after it... You create the life you choose. The journey is what you make of it... so remember to take #OneDayAtATime and to #SwitchOnTheSunshine #CancerSurvivorsDay (sic).”
