The song was uploaded by Yohani Diloka De Silva on YouTube in May this year and since then people have been raving about it. While some have posted videos of them dancing to Manike Mage Hithe, others have tried to present the song to the people with their own twist. One such rendition that has caught the netizens’ attention was uploaded by singer Aneek Dhar on Instagram.
Aneek Dhar can be seen playing the dhak in the video and singing Manike Mage Hithe. You must have watched people playing the tune of the song on a violin or a piano so far. However, this rendition is completely different as Aneek accompanied his song to the beats of the dhak. The video is from the Durga Puja celebrations this year.
