SC stays Chahatt Khanna's ex-husband Farhan Mirza's arrest, next hearing on Nov 8

Chahatt Khanna's ex-husband Farhan Mirza got relief from the Supreme Court, as it has granted a stay order on his arrest. Mirza had moved HC after Bombay High Court rejected his anticipatory bail plea.

TV actress Chahatt Khanna's ex-husband Farhan Shahrukh Mirza moved the Supreme Court. He challenged the order of Bombay High Court that rejected his anticipatory bail plea. SC, however, has granted a stay on his arrest order and the next hearing will be held on November 8.

Chahatt Khanna separated from Farhan Mirza and filed for a divorce in 2018. Among many other things, the Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actress had accused Mirza of forcing unnatural sex upon her and forcefully terminating her pregnancies. The actress also accused Farhan of sexual and mental abuse.
