Rotary Club gives 425 free bicycles to Corporation school students

Rotary Club distributes 425 free bicycles to underprivileged Corporation school students in Chennai, enhancing their access to education.
As many as 425 free bicycles were distributed by Rotary District 3234 on Monday in the city to underprivileged students from Corporation schools. Noting that distance and lack of reliable transportation often stand between children and their education, Rotary Club’s initiative enables many students from economically disadvantaged families, travel to school on a bicycle.
As many as 900 participants graced the occasion including 425 beneficiaries, their parents, and other district officials. District 3234 governor AKS. Vinod Saraogi, Rotary district director M. Muruganandam, Dewan to the Prince of Arcot Nawab Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali, and other government officials were present at the event.
