The Buckingham Palace said that Queen Elizabeth II went to an unspecified hospital for “preliminary investigations.” It said she returned to her Windsor Castle home at lunchtime on Thursday, “and remains in good spirits.”
Buckingham Palace said Thursday that Queen Elizabeth II spent a night in a hospital after being advised by her doctor to rest.
The palace said the 95-year-old British monarch went to an unspecified hospital for “preliminary investigations.”

Leon Panetta said Iran war was not an unexpected risk. He pointed out that for years, US security officials have known Iran could disrupt global oil supplies by blocking the Strait of Hormuz.
