PMK cadre are on my side: Ramadoss

PMK founder S. Ramadoss addresses internal conflict, assures party cadre and emphasizes patience for resolution.

With the internal family conflict yet to be resolved, PMK founder S. Ramadoss on Monday said the party cadre are “always, everyday on my side”.

Speaking to the reporters in Chennai, he said the solution to all the problems was near. “The solution would be the right one for our party and for the country. I request everyone to have patience,” he said.

Asked to give a message to his cadre, Dr. Ramadoss said, “PMK cadres are on my side. More than that, crores of cadre who think of me as their family deity are actually my guides. I will always work for their development and welfare. I will do anything for them,” he said.

Responding to the view that PMK had “betrayed its Leftist origins” and was leaning far to the right, he said he did not have a “magnifying glass” to make that assessment.
