PM Modi reaches New York to address 76th UNGA session

Mr. Modi flew to New York from Washington after holding his first bilateral meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden in the Oval Office of the White House
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 25 reached New York where he is scheduled to address the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, which had gone virtual last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Modi flew to New York from Washington after holding his first bilateral meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden in the Oval Office of the White House and attended his first in-person Quad summit on September 24.
The prime minister and his counterparts, Scott Morrison of Australia and Japan’s Yoshihide Suga attended the meeting of Quad leaders hosted by U.S. President Biden in the U.S. capital.

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
