Pakistan has reportedly issued visas to Taliban-appointed “diplomats” and allowed them to take charge of Afghan embassy and consulates in the country.
Pakistan has quietly allowed the Taliban-appointed “diplomats” to take charge of the Afghan embassy and consulates in the country, a media report said on Saturday.
Although Pakistan does not recognise the Taliban as the legitimate government in Kabul, it still issued visas to the appointed “diplomats”.

Leon Panetta said Iran war was not an unexpected risk. He pointed out that for years, US security officials have known Iran could disrupt global oil supplies by blocking the Strait of Hormuz. According to him, this was a well-known danger, but one that appears to have been overlooked in the current conflict.
