Attention all foodies! You must have heard about chaat made out of potatoes, paapdi, curd, lots of chutneys etc. But, have you heard about a chaat made out of sprouts? Yes, you read that right. A video of an old man from Kanpur making a unique chaat from sprouts has gone viral online. However, his sweet smile is winning hearts on the internet.
In the now-viral video which was uploaded on an Instagram page called YouTube Swad Official, an old man can be seen making the lip-smacking snack with sprouts. To make the dish, he combined different kinds of sprouts in a container made out of leaves. Then he added chopped green chillies to the mixture. Before serving, he added green chutney and garnished it with white radish.
