In a new post that has gone viral online, the police department warned people about cyber security and the importance of strong passwords. Moreover, the video shared by them features Dipika Chikalia from the 1989 Nirma advertisement. Yes, you read that right.
In the now-viral video, Dipika Chikalia, who played Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, can be seen buying detergent. The shopkeeper hands her a brand which is depicted as a “weak password”. She quickly sets it aside and asks for Nirma Super Detergent Soap, which is depicted as a strong password with “special characters”.
“Sabki pasand strong passwords,” reads the caption of the post in a nod to the advertisement’s jingle.
