The training is held for tactics — they are taught how to enter territories that the Russians have occupied and then attack the enemy.

The training includes being divided into smaller groups, the maneuver of moving from one place to another, encircling the enemy and then mounting an attack.

Once the training is complete, some are put together in groups and sent on missions while others are sent to the frontlines.
