Keerthy Suresh's Good Luck Sakhi to release only in theatres, say makers

On Monday (June 7), the makers of Keerthy Suresh-starrer Good Luck Sakhi released a statement revealing that the film will only release in theatres. Speculation around the OTT release of the film was denied by producer Sudheer Chandra.

The makers of Good Luck Sakhi on Monday released a note denying all the rumours surrounding the film releasing on an OTT platform. The sports-drama, which was slated to release in theatres on June 3, was postponed indefinitely due to the second wave of the novel coronavirus. Good Luck Sakhi stars Keerthy Suresh Aadhi Pinisetty and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles. However, due to the second Covid wave, it was postponed. As soon as the news was out, speculation was rife that the film will have a digital release. On June 7, producer Sudheer Chandra shared a note where he clarified that the film will only release in theatres once it reopens, putting an end to all these rumours.
