Now, the Bhool BHulaiyaa 2 actor has shared the news of him testing positive for Covid-19 on Instagram. Taking to his Insta story, he wrote, "Covid positive."

Kartik Aaryan is riding on the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. He was supposed to attend IIFA 2022 and deliver a performance at the main event. However, the actor has now tested positive for Covid-19. He took to his Insta stories to share the news. He shared an image of himself and wrote, "Covid positive.

As per well-placed sources, the IIFA management was keen to get Kartik Aaryan especially following the stupendous success of his latest release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Sources also confirmed that in case he tests negative, he will be flown in by a charter plane to attend the event.

Kartik Aaryan was supposed to perform on the IIFA 2022 stage, which was going to be his first live performance on the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 title track. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 title track and the zigzag hook step is all the rage right now. Along with that, Kartik's Tandav dance to Arijit Singh's rendition of Amije Tomar has also become a huge hit.

As per sources, his IIFA performance was to include his first-ever live performance on the title track, along with De Taali, also from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. He was also going to perform to songs like Dheeme Dheeme, Coca Cola, Bom Diggy and more. He had rehearsed tirelessly for it even as he juggled between vigorous Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 promotions.
