Director SS Rajamouli's RRR went on to have a stellar run at the global box office following its worldwide theatrical release on March 25. It grossed over Rs 1100 crore at the global box office. The original uncut version of RRR is now set to release in 100 theaters in the USA on June 1. The period drama features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in central roles.

RRR made $14.5 million (approx. Rs 112 crore) in the USA when it first released on March 25. Now, the tickets for the special screening of the original uncut version are said to be selling out at a rapid pace.

RRR's USA distributor, Saregama Cinemas, is partnering with Variance Films and Potentate Films, USA to orchestrate the one-off screening of RRR's original uncut version.

RRR was a smashing box office hit not just in the domestic circuit but also overseas. It became the third Indian film to gross over Rs 1000 crore globally. RRR was produced on a massive budget of over Rs 450 crore by DVV Danayya.
