ISIS-K operative or aid worker? CCTV footage, new reports question US drone target in Kabul

CCTV footage accessed by international media cast doubts over the August 29 US drone strike in Kabul, killing 43-year-old Zamarai Ahmadi, who the US said was an ISIS-K operative. Nine other members of his family were also killed in the strike.
The United States maintains that at least one ISIS-K facilitator was killed in the drone strike in Kabul on August 29. But footage accessed by the media and statements by explosives experts and nearly two dozen relatives of Zamarai Ahmadi say otherwise. The question is: Did the US actually kill a terror facilitator or an aid worker?
Zamarai Ahmadi, according to the US, was involved in a plot to attack the Kabul airport amid tense evacuations ahead of the August 31 deadline. The drone strike was carried out after a suicide attack outside the airport that killed at least 170 people and 13 US service members.
