Ranu Mondal sang the trending Bengali song Kacha Badam in a video that has gone viral online.
Only if you are living under a rock, you might not know about the crazy viral Bengali song Kacha Badam. The song by Bhuban Badyakar, a peanut seller from West Bengal, is trending furiously online and can be heard on every second reel on Instagram. Netizens can’t stop grooving to the catchy beats of the number and are having a lot of fun. Well, now, a video of internet sensation Ranu Mondal singing the song has surfaced online and it has obviously gone viral.
Who is Ranu Mondal, you ask? Well, she is the same woman who became an overnight star after a video of her singing the 1972 song Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai went crazy viral in August 2019. She was spotted by Atindra Chakraborty, a young engineer at the Ranaghat Railway Station in West Bengal. She shot to instant fame and even sang a couple of songs for Himesh Reshammiya’s film Happy Hardy and Heer.
Meanwhile, in the video that was shared on Instagram by Shiney_girl78, Ranu Mondal can be seen singing the Kacha Badam song. She wore a purple jacket and even gave a few touches of her own to the peppy number.
