India’s Got Talent 9's The Warrior Squad gets invitation from America’s Got Talent for audition

From India’s Got Talent 9 to America’s Got Talent, The Warrior Squad is all set to go International. The group has been invited by the American reality show.

This weekend, the Top 14 contestants of India’s Got Talent 9 will be seen impressing the judges, Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Badshah, Manoj Muntashir and special guest Jackie Shroff with their performances. Gurugram group The Warrior Squad will be seen performing on the song Chalak Chalak from the 2002 film Devdas.

Jackie Shroff and the judges loved The Warrior Squad's performance. Praising them for their act, Jackie Shroff said, "It was such a sassy performance. You should teach everyone." Soon, host Arjun Bijlani surprised everyone with big news. He opened a letter and revealed that The Warrior Squad has received a call letter from International reality show America’s Got Talent for the TV audition round.

Speaking about being chosen for America’s Got Talent, the leader of the Warrior Squad, Rahul said, "My group and I cannot express our happiness and excitement in words. For starters, Jackie Shroff Sir praised our performance and the next thing, we’re invited to the TV audition round for America’s Got Talent. It’s like a double bonanza for us! I remember a time when we did not have a proper place to rehearse so we would clean wedding grounds on our own to practice there. I am very elated to have received this opportunity and I am so grateful to the platform of India’s Got Talent to have motivated us with this news. We will continue to give our best and keep working hard."

Listening to the story and looking at their hard work Badshah has offered to help the group and urged them to leave all their worries about finding practice grounds behind and just focus on America's Got Talent. Judge Shilpa Shetty Kundra also wished the squad well and said, “Don’t forget IGT (India’s Got Talent) was the trampoline that made you reach AGT (America’s Got Talent)."India’s Got Talent airs on Sony TV on Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm.
