The 64-year-old businessman shared a post on Twitter on June 2 in which he urged his fans and followers to go local and buy things from the local vendors.
Harsh Goenka shared a picture of a handwritten board in which are inscribed the following words, “When you buy from a small business, you're not helping a CEO buy a third holiday home. You're helping a little girl get dance lessons, a little boy his team jersey; moms and dads put food on the table. Shop local.”
