A video of Gujarati folk singer Geeta Ben Rabari singing Teri Mitti at an event in Atlanta, US, has gone viral online. The clip even got the attention of the song’s lyricist, Manoj Muntashir.

If someone were to make a list of the most soulful patriotic songs, Teri Mitti would surely be included in it. The beautiful number from Akshay Kumar’s 2019 film Kesari became a superhit. So, when a video of Gujarati folk singer Geeta Ben Rabari singing the song surfaced online, it obviously went viral.

Geeta Ben performed at an event in Atlanta, US and posted a video of the same on her Facebook page on December 22. In the now-viral clip, she can be seen singing the song soulfully while waving the national flag. She wore a traditional lehenga choli and her performance even got the attention of the song’s lyricist, Manoj Muntashir.
