A roadside stall in Ghaziabad's Jaipuria market is selling fire momos and just a glimpse of it may make your tummy uneasy.
Tandoori, cheesy, pan-fried - All of us have different preferences when it comes to enjoying a plate of piping hot momos. Other than these, you may have come across new and bizarre varieties of momos like gold momo and pizza momo, but have you ever come across a place where the momos are literally on fire? This roadside stall in Ghaziabad is selling fire momos and just a glimpse of it may make your tummy uneasy.
Shared on Instagram by Hardik Malik, a food blogger who goes by the name Paidaishi Foodie, posted a video of the making of fire momos. The vendor starts by frying some momos in a pan and then adds some veggies. The person then sautees the momos in such a way that the whole pan catches fire. Then, generous helpings of hot sauces are added to the concoction. The stall named Tenzi momos is located at Jaipuria Market in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
