A food blogger visited a shop in Chandni Chowk’s Paranthe Wali Gali to taste their candy crush parantha. She shared the video on Instagram and it has gone crazy viral with over 4 lakh views.

If you have been to Paranthe Wali Gali in Delhi, you, in all probability, are aware of the wide range of parathas available there. Just name it and you wouldn’t be surprised by the endless varieties of paranthas available at the shops there. The paranthas are so famous that the bylane has been named Paranthe Wali Gali, which is situated in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk. Mirchi parantha, papad parantha, bhindi parantha, mawa parantha, and the list goes on and on. Now, who would have expected that one of the shops there would experiment with jujubes and candies as filling and launch something called the candy crush parantha? No, we are not joking.

A food blogger visited a shop in Chandni Chowk’s Paranthe Wali Gali to taste their candy crush parantha. Colurful candies and jujubes were added as filling and then deep-fried and it looked something like a calzone. It was served with a potato curry, pickles and chutney.
