A horrifying video of a woman hanging upside down from a clothing rack on the 18th floor has gone viral on social media. The 82-year-old woman was trying to hang a quilt to dry on her balcony on the 19th floor. However, before she realised, she landed on the clothing rack on the floor downstairs and was left hanging upside-down. Firefighters were quick in their response and saved the lady by tying her body with a rope and pulling her inside. Luckily, she escaped without any injuries.
