Dheeraj Dhoopar has quit dance reality show Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa in three weeks. He was one of the strongest contenders on the show.

Dheeraj Dhoopar entered Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 10 with the intention of exploring the dancer inside him. However, the actor has decided to quit the dance reality show midway. As per sources, Dheeraj quit JDJ 10 after three weeks of participation.

Dheeraj Dhoopar has reportedly quit Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 10. A source shared, “Dheeraj did not turn up for the shoot of the fourth episode and the team was later informed that the actor has bowed out of the show. He has taken the decision due to medical conditions.” We tried reaching out to the actor for a comment but he remained unavailable. The channel is yet to officially issue a statement on the matter.

Earlier, in an interview with IndiaToday.in, Dheeraj had said, “I have never done any Reality TV. Reality TV is a very new space for me. I don’t know what to expect. I am here to learn while having fun. Learning in a way that after this journey, I should be able to call myself a better dancer and performer, and actor.“

Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa is back with its tenth season. Madhuri Dixit, Nora Fatehi and Karan Johar have turned judges for the show and Maniesh Paul is the host. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 premiered on September 3, 2022, on Colors TV.
