In a video that has gone viral online, a man from Delhi made ice cream rolls with dhokla and khandvi.
While we were still recovering from masala dosa and momo ice cream rolls, another video of a man from Delhi making ice cream rolls with dhokla and khandvi has gone viral online. And no, we are not kidding. The viral clip was posted on Instagram by a page called The Great Indian Foodie and has left netizens super displeased.
In the now-viral video, the vendor can be seen making ice cream rolls with Gujarati snacks dhokla and khandvi as the base. To make the dhokla version, he crushed the snack with dollops of vanilla ice cream and blended them together. Next, he made rolls out of the concoction and added them to a plate already filled with some more pieces of dhokla. Before serving, he garnished the rolls with a piece of the popular dish and a green chilli.
The man repeated the exact same process to make the khandvi ice cream rolls too.

After being posted online, the video garnered close to 2 lakh views. Netizens were absolutely furious with the weird experiment and expressed their disgust in the comments section.
