R. Saji Kumar, an officer of the Indian Telecom Service 1989 batch, has taken charge as the Chief General Manager (CGM) of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Kerala circle. Over a career spanning 34 years, he has held key roles of networking engineering and IT transformation in the Department of Telecommunications, Telecom Engineering Centre and the BSNL.
