Vishal Garg found himself at the receiving end of criticism after his sudden decision to fire 900 employees.
Better.com CEO Vishal Garg made headlines in December last year when he fired 900 employees from India and the US over a Zoom meeting. One employee of the company recorded the meeting on her phone, which later went viral and Garg faced major online backlash for it. Now, Garg is all set to resume his duties as the CEO after a month-long sabbatical.
An e-mail by the Better.com board to the staff revealed details about Garg’s resuming office, reports CNN.

Leon Panetta said Iran war was not an unexpected risk. He pointed out that for years, US security officials have known Iran could disrupt global oil supplies by blocking the Strait of Hormuz. According to him, this was a well-known danger, but one that appears to have been overlooked in the current conflict.
