Badhaai Do Box Office Collection Day 3: Rajkummar, Bhumi film brings in good numbers over weekend

Badhaai Do brought in good numbers at the theaters this weekend. The film, starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar released on February 11.

Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao's latest offering, Badhaai Do opened to mixed reviews from fans. The film was released in select theatres on February 11. While the opening was rather slow, it picked up pace during the weeekend. With Valentine's day today, February 14, the film may do even better at the box office. Badhaai Do tells the story of a gay man, Shardul (Rajkummar Rao) and a lesbian woman, Sumi (Bhumi Pednekar) who get into a marriage of convenience to avoid society's pressure.

Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao-starrer Badhaai Do is doing well at the box office. The film managed to retain the positive upward trend on Sunday, February 13. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh said that the film witnessed a jump of around 30 per cent and managed to collect around Rs 7.82 crore nett on the third day of release. Badhaai Do has chances to have a run for a couple of weeks ahead of Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi releasing on February 25.
