
Arunachal Deputy CM urges Deputy Commissoners to ensure sustainability of govt projects

Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein has urged the Deputy Commissioners of the districts to focus on the factors that will ensure the sustainability of any project developed by the government.
Many good infrastructures have been developed by the government but due to non-sustainability of the project, they get damage sooner or later, Mr. Mein said while addressing the conference of Deputy Commissioners on sustainable development goal on September 24.
The Deputy Chief Minister informed that most of the government infrastructures are of North East Frontier Tract (NEFA) days and are in dilapidated conditions which need to be replaced and re-constructed.

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
