Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra is an avid social media user. His Twitter account is a goldmine filled with witty and inspirational pictures and videos. And, we have proof. On Sunday, the billionaire shared a moving video about children and their power of resilience. The clip has gone viral online with over 50k views and will surely tug at your heartstrings.
The viral video follows the emotional story of a 6-year-old boy named Jake Hayes. The little boy lost his parents simultaneously, but his courage and zest for life is something to be admired. “Anybody can die,” said Jake.
However, Jake, after his heartbreak, was sick and tired of seeing everyone sad. He then took matters in his own hands and started distributing toys to passersby in downtown Savannah, Georgia. “What are you trying to do?” his psychologist asked. “Trying to make people smile,” Jake replied. So sweet!
“Children. The ultimate teachers of resilience. And reminders of how the world ought to be,” reads the caption of the post.
