Allu Arjun's film with director Koratala Siva pushed to 2022

On April 13, when director Koratala Siva announced a new project with Jr NTR tentatively titled NTR30 that is set to release on April 29, 2022, fans were left confused about the fate of Allu Arjun's project with the director that was set to release in the same year. However, the makers have clarified that AA21 will be shot after April 2022.

On Ugadi (April 13), fans were in for a treat when the makers of Jr NTR’s next, titled NTR30, announced the release date of the project as April 29, 2022. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film sees the actor-director duo collaborate for the second time after Janatha Garage. However, Allu Arjun’s fans were left in a dilemma as to when the actor’s film with Koratala Siva tentatively titled AA21 would release as it was set to hit the screens in early 2022. The makers of the film tentatively titled AA21, starring Allu Arjun, took to Twitter on Ugadi to clarify that the shooting for the film will begin after wrapping up Jr NTR’s next project with Koratala Siva. In the post shared by the makers, they wrote, “Our production with Icon Staar @alluarjun garu in the direction of @sivakoratala garu is ON THE CARDS and will be taken up after April 2022. A decision regarding this has been mutually taken with @GA2Official and we will keep you posted about the UPDATES here! (sic).”
