On Koffee With Karan, Alia Bhatt had opened up about her first phone call with beau Ranbir Kapoor. The actress admitted that she spoke 'rubbish' and here's how Ranbir reacted.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's big fat Indian wedding is all set to take place in mid-April. The couple have asked their guests to keep themselves free between April 13 and 18. Ahead of their wedding, Ranbir and Alia's old interviews are going viral on social media. And now, Alia's revelation of her first phone call with Ranbir Kapoor has hit the headlines. On Koffee With Karan in 2013, Alia had spilt beans about her first call with RK.

On Karan Johar's chat show, Alia Bhatt revealed it was Karan who called RK and handed over the phone to the actress. Going down memory lane, Alia said, "I remember the first time I spoke to Ranbir. You (Karan Johar) called him up when Rockstar had just released and you said, 'Here, talk to Ranbir. Tell him how much you love him' And I spoke so much rubbish. I was just talking non-stop, and he was like, 'Yeah, that’s very nice, Alia'."

The actress further added, "Obviously, I have hung out with him after that, and I still think he is really adorable. And I still want to marry him."

For the unaware, Alia Bhatt was just 12 when she first met Ranbir Kapoor. Back then, Ranbir was assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Black. Spilling beans about their first meeting, the actress had said, "When I met Ranbir for the first time, I was 12 years old. He was assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali and I had to do a photoshoot with him. And I was so shy that I had to keep my head on his shoulder and I could not do it. Bhansali sir was saying I was flirting with Ranbir."

And now, life has come full circle for Alia as she is finally getting married to her 'crush' and BF, Ranbir.
