Afghanistan: Amrullah Saleh's brother tortured to death by Taliban in Panjshir

Taliban fighters have reportedly tortured and executed Rohullah Saleh, brother of former vice president Amrullah Saleh, during clashes in Panjshir.

Rohullah Saleh, brother of former vice president and now 'acting' President Amrullah Saleh, has been reportedly killed in clashes with the Taliban in Panjshir. He was identified by the Taliban in Panjshir Valley during clashes on Thursday night, reports said.
