While there are some of us struggling to hold our plank positions during our workout sessions, here’s a 5-month-old baby who stunned everyone by doing the impossible. The little one nailed the plank pose in a video shared by his fitness trainer mother Michelle on Instagram. It has a whopping 31 million views and is going crazy viral on social media. The video has created a bit of frenzy because people just can’t believe the fact that a 5-month-old toddler can hold a plank so wonderfully.
In the now-viral video, the mother can be seen nailing the plank pose and then her baby boy joins in. Believe it or not, the little one held the plank much better than most of us. The amazing video left everyone stunned.
Michelle shared the video on Instagram and wrote, “My 5-month-old is learning some new things.”
