3-year-old girl from Assam tries to drink milk from elephant. Video is viral

In a video that has gone viral on social media, the toddler can be seen reaching for the elephant's udder to drink its milk.
Meet Harshita Bora and her majestic playmate Binu. Harshita is barely around 3 years old, but her best friend is a 54-year-old female elephant.
Reared by her grandfather, who used to deal with timber in Nagaland, Binu has been with the Boras of Ward No 1 in Golaghat town of Upper Assam for a long time.
Young Harshita spends her entire day feeding and fondling the tusker. With an innate love for the young child, Binu not only obeys her commands but moves around the village with its young master on her back.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the toddler can be seen reaching for the elephant's udder to drink its milk.
"My father got Binu in Nagaland. She used to work there. However, when the felling of trees was banned by the Supreme Court, we got her back from Khonoma in the early nineties. Binu gave birth to a female calf and once both of them were stolen. Later, we found them back from Sadia near Arunachal Pradesh,” Lohit Bora, father of Harshita told India Today.
"Due to financial constraints, I sold the young one but Binu shares a special bond with my daughter. Amazingly, she is not at all scared by the huge animal. You should see both of them play. Binu takes all her commands,” he added.
Harshita’s fondness for Binu developed after she was made to walk underneath the elephant as a customary belief. Now, she rides it and even sways by its trunk.
