Seven years of conflict in Yemen has killed or injured at least 10,000 children, UNICEF said on Tuesday after a mission to the country.
"The Yemen conflict has just hit another shameful milestone: 10,000 children have been killed or maimed since fighting started in March 2015. That's the equivalent of four children every day," spokesman James Elder told a UN briefing in Geneva where he urged an end to the fighting.

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
