Yuvan Shankar Raja gave fitting replies to his fans who questioned his faith on Facebook. He also urged everyone to stop the hate-mongering.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has been open about his faith in Islam. Recently, he put up a verse from the Holy Quran on his Facebook page. To his surprise, he received a lot of hate messages from people who questioned his faith. Many said that they are following the composer for his music and not for such quotes. Another section of people questioned if he's preaching Islam to his followers. Yuvan calmly replied to trolls and asked them to stop hate-mongering. On April 27, Yuvan Shankar Raja took to Facebook to share a verse from the Holy Quran. It read, "But they plan and Allah plans and Allah is the best of planners. Quran 8:30 (sic)."
