Xiaomi is set to add new models to its existing Mi 11 series. The electronics maker had launched the Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra earlier this year along with few other models in the same line-up. Now, it is planning to upgrade the series with few improvements and launch the new devices in September. According to the latest reports, Xiaomi may launch the Mi 11T and Mi 11T Pro next month. This will be a similar upgrade as we saw with last year’s Mi 10T. Ideally, one would expect Xiaomi to use the next-generation Snapdragon 888+ processor on the upcoming smartphones. However, it is tipped to use the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC as the Mi 11 and 120Hz OLED display. Xiaomi had used a 144Hz display on last year’s Mi 10T Pro but, has since ditched the LCD panels in favour of OLED displays.
Samsung has been teasing its upcoming A-series devices since last week, without officially revealing their names.
