Xavier school of management has recorded the highest placement offer at Rs 44 lakh this year.
Xavier School of Management MBA programme on Monday completed 100% placement drive. The highest salary package received is Rs 44,74,100.00, while the 50% average salary is Rs 30,04,901.00. The batch comprised 114 students out of which 112 opted for the placement process.
The students came with rich experiences of previously donning various hats in domains such as Project Management, Product Management, Consulting, Marketing, Software Technologies, and HR from Fortune 500 companies, Big 4s, Unicorns, and other leading organisations. Further, the average work experience of the cohort was 6 years, and the average age was 28 years.
We were ecstatic to receive an overwhelming response from the industry from the likes of Microsoft, Bain & Co., Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Accenture, Ericsson, Virtusa, Deutsche Bank taking part in the recruitment process.
Various interesting roles were offered to the class of 2022, including Senior Manager, Senior Consultant, Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Portfolio Owner, Global Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, Business Development Manager.
