All the colleges and universities in Uttarakhand will remain closed till further notice in view of the rapid increase in Covid-19 cases across the state.
The government of Uttarakhand has decided to keep all the higher educational institutes in the state shut in view of the increase in Covid-19 cases in the past few weeks. As per the official order, the universities will remain closed till further notice. All the government and private universities in the state will have to follow the order issued by the Uttarakhand government. The higher educational institutes have been instructed to conduct online classes for the time being. The closure of higher educational institutes in Uttarakhand was announced last month till April 30. The closure of institutes has been further extended due to the sudden surge of Covid-19 cases in the state in the past few weeks.
