Delhi Police arrested six accused in two separate incidents for running sex rackets in the guise of a spa in different parts of the city.

In the first incident, information was received regarding a sex racket being run at Avedam Spa at Pankaj Plaza, Rishab Vihar.
A joint team of Special Staff and Anand Vihar police was constituted and a decoy customer was sent to the spa. He was charged Rs 500 for a massage. Thereafter, he was sent inside a cabin with a girl who offered him sexual favours in exchange for Rs 1,000. The decoy customer signalled the police and the team conducted a raid on the premises and apprehended the two accused.
The licence of the spa was found expired and was issued in the name of Nitin Gupta, a resident of Shahdara, Delhi. A search is underway to nab him.
In another incident, information was received about a racket being run at B-76, Ground Floor, Dilshad Garden Colony. A joint team of Special Staff and Seema Puri police was constituted.
A decoy customer was sent to the spa where a person, identified as Sudhir, met him and asked him if he wanted girls. He took him and introduced him to a lady, namely Sudha, as the head and told him that she would provide girls for him.
Thereafter, Seema showed the decoy customer two girls and charged Rs 1,500/- for the same.
