Twinkle Khanna remembers dad Rajesh Khanna on 10th death anniversary, says 'he is still here in our hearts'

Legendary actor Rajesh Khanna passed away on July 18, 2012 after battling cancer for many years. His death left a gaping hole in the world of cinema. On his 10th death anniversary, daughter Twinkle Khanna remembered her father and said that he is always there in our hearts. Rajesh Khanna debuted in Bollywood in 1960 with the film Aakhri Raat. He gave us many hit films, including Aaradhna, Kati Patang, Anand, Amar Prem, Chhoti Bahu, Guddi, Haathi Mere Saathi amongst others.

Twinkle Khanna shared a sweet note for her father on his 10th death anniversary. Sharing a throwback picture, she wrote, "10 years. He is still here. In all our hearts (sic)."

Rajesh Khanna was married to Dimple Kapadia. The couple had two daughters, Twinkle and Rinkie. Twinkle and Rajesh Khanna share their birthday. Last year, in December, Twinkle shared an adorable throwback picture with her father and called it 'their day'.

Rajesh Khanna died after battling cancer.
