Three killed after gunmen open fire at crowd for replacing Taliban flag with Afghan flag in Jalalabad

Armed men believed to be Taliban fighters fired at a crowd in Jalalabad for removing the Taliban flag and replacing it with the black, red and green flag of the previous Afghan government.
