Periyasamy and Minister for Industries Thangam Thennarasu on Thursday reviewed anti-COVID-19 operations in the district to find more strategies to curb spread of the viral infection. Speaking to reporters at the end of a review meeting with Collector V. Vishnu and other senior officials, Mr. Thangam Thennarasu said supply of 41 KL medical-grade liquid oxygen by neighbouring Kerala had stopped. Hence, alternative measures to ensure availability of oxygen for COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in southern districts were being explored.More Related News
