SS Rajamouli calls RRR star Alia Bhatt 'secretive'. Here's why

At the pre-release event of RRR, director SS Rajamouli called Alia Bhatt 'secretive.' The film is slated to release on a grand scale on March 25.

SS Rajamouli, Alia Bhatt, Jr NTR and Ram Charan are gearing up for the release of RRR on March 25. Ahead of the film's release, the team promoted RRR in Delhi and received a rousing response. At the pre-release event, SS Rajamouli was all praise for Alia and called her 'secretive.' The promotional event was graced by none other than Aamir Khan.

After multiple delays, RRR will finally hit the cinemas on March 25 in multiple languages. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the makers had to postpone the shoot and release dates several times. Now, the time is finally here and fans can't keep calm.

At the pre-release event in Delhi, director SS Rajamouli and the team interacted with Aamir Khan and the audience. The Baahubali filmmaker was all praise for Alia Bhatt. Speaking about her, Rajamouli said, "I've worked with her for about 20 days. But, I still cannot figure out how she operates. She's absolutely secretive. I now want to know how she functions."

Aamir Khan was surprised, while Alia Bhatt broke into laughs after hearing Rajamouli's speech.

RRR is a fictional tale about the lives of two Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The film features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles, while Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson play supporting roles.

RRR was supposed to release in theatres in January 2020. However, the Covid-19 pandemic played spoilsport in Rajamouli's plans. The film is bankrolled by DVV Danayya on a massive budget of Rs 450 crore.
