Former Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe passed away on Friday after being shot by a 41-year-old man during an election speech. The incident took place when Abe was campaigning for a parliamentary election in Nara, western Japan. The tragedy sent shockwaves throughout the world and tributes started pouring in from all over. On Saturday, Amul also paid tribute to Shinzo Abe with a heartfelt doodle on Instagram.
Amul took to Instagram to pay a tribute to Shinzo Abe with a moving doodle. “Abe ke liye Alvida (Goodbye for now),” the message on the creative reads. “Sayonara Shinzo San (1954-2022),” it said further.
“Tribute to the former Prime Minister of Japan and friend of India!” reads the caption of the post.
