Sameera Reddy shared a powerful message on body positivity in a post on Instagram on Friday. To further explain her point, Sameera also posted before-after pictures of herself. In the sense that Sameera shared a picture of herself from years ago as she walked the ramp, stunning in a saree while the other picture was one of her recent shots, in athleisure, from one of her workout sessions. In the note that Sameera shared on Instagram, she said, “Do you keep comparing yourself to what you were before? The healthiest thing you can do for your body and soul is to redefine and not get stuck on what used to be. The world will still judge but you don’t need to fall prey to that. Move forward. Don’t look back.”
