Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka Shalini Rajneesh has congratulated Ishwar Kumar Kandoo, Chief Executive Officer of Raichur Zilla Panchayat, for achieving 100% tax collection for 2025-26.
In her appreciation letter to Mr. Kandoo, Ms. Rajneesh said that Raichur ZP has reached its target for tax collection under gram panchayat for 2025-26.
“It is a proud moment for each and every one who put an effort to collect tax at the GP level to cross the milestone. I congratulate everyone, and appreciate the efforts being made to cross this significant mark,” she wrote.
The taluk and gram panchayat officers, development officers, bill collectors and other staff deserve appreciation for their immense efforts to make this happen, she wrote.
