Popular television actress Nishi Singh passed away on Sunday, September 18, after battling several health issues for the past few years. She was 50 and is survived by her husband and two children.
Popular television actress Nishi Singh breathed her last at the age of 50. She appeared in many shows, including Ishqbaaz, Qubool Hai and Tenali Rama. In the last few years, Nishi's health deteriorated after she suffered three strokes of paralysis. Nishi Singh is survived by her husband, writer-actor, Sanjay Singh Bhadli, and their two children.
Nishi Singh passed away at around 3 pm on Sunday, September 18. Her health condition worsened after she suffered paralysis for the third time in May this year. Later, she developed health issues.
On Saturday (September 17), she complained of uneasiness and was rushed to the hospital. Her husband told The Times of India, "The biggest irony is that we celebrated her 50th birthday the day before yesterday (September 16)."
Nishi Singh was battling health issues for the past few years. Sanjay said that their 18-year-old daughter had to quit her studies so she could help take care of her mother. Last year, Nishi Singh's family sought monetary help from her colleagues.
