South Central Railway (SCR) has stated that all the general booking counters have been replaced with advanced equipment along with latest version duly enabling QR code payment option by installing 879 QR devices. This will facilitate in doing away the need to carry cash and tender exact change apart from procuring the tickets instantly, as per a press release issued on Thursday (January 30, 2025)
