Priyanka Chopra launches Indian restaurant in New York

Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share details about her new restaurant called Sona in New York. She shared pictures from its puja ceremony with her husband Nick Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra, who is currently shooting for Citadel, has added yet another feather to her hat. The actress is now a restaurateur. In between working on a slew of films, writing her memoir and producing, Priyanka has opened a restaurant in New York. Sharing a glimpse of it on Instagram, she revealed that she has been creatively involved with the project and poured her love for Indian food into it. Priyanka also shared pictures from its puja ceremony with her husband Nick Jonas. Sharing pictures of the restaurant Sona and its puja ceremony from 2019, Priyanka Chopra wrote, “I’m thrilled to present to you SONA, a new restaurant in NYC that I poured my love for Indian food into. SONA is the very embodiment of timeless India and the flavours I grew up with. The kitchen is helmed by the incredible Chef @harinayak, a masterful talent, who has created the most delicious and innovative menu, taking you on a food journey through my amazing country. SONA is opening later this month, and I can’t wait to see you there! This endeavour would not have been possible without the leadership of my friends Maneesh Goyal and David Rabin.
